Corruption of Rs 500 crore in Mumbai Municipal Corporation; BJP MLA’s letter to Chief Minister

Mumbai: Various reservations were proposed while approving Mumbai’s development plan. However, due to the corrupt management of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, the parks and playgrounds are now completely extinct, alleging the BJP. Yogesh Sagar has written a letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. Mumbai Municipal Corporation is kind to Ajmera Builder. Yogesh Sagar has made a serious allegation that the Municipal Corporation has given the land required for the parks in Mumbai city to Ajmera Builder.

Municipal Corporation has given the land for parks in Mumbai city to Ajmera Builder. In return, the land locking space in the buffer zone, which is not conducive to development, has been taken over. Corruption of Rs 500 crore has been directly involved in this. Yogesh Sagar has made a serious allegation that this is a ploy to put the rights of Mumbaikars in the throats of builders. Importantly, the Supreme Court decision also showed a basket case. Showing such special kindness to the builder, NMC caused a loss of 500 crores. In a letter to the Chief Minister, Sagar also hinted that the BJP would take an aggressive stance against the decision if it was not reversed.

Various reservations were proposed while approving Mumbai’s development plan. But due to the corrupt management of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, now the parks and play parks are completely extinct. In such a situation, Ajmera Builder has been allotted a plot of land with no encroachment, reserved for the park owned by the Corporation. In return, the Mumbai Municipal Corporation has taken possession of a plot of land belonging to Ajmera Builder which is unsuitable for construction and is in dispute over environmental permits for Mahul pumping station. But the real malpractice of this is obvious, it is to get rid of the Ajmera Builder’s endless difficulty in obtaining environmental permits and to give him a direct benefit of Rs 500 crore in this exchange transaction! Therefore, the ruling Army and the allies of Mahavikas Aghadi have plotted to put the rightful land of Mumbaikars in the throat of the builder.

Serious matter is the meeting of the Reforms Committee in November 2021 for the relevant plot of land in the name of Ishwarlal Ajmera. Released on 12-02-2002. Now the proposal indicates that we are handing over the same land to the same developer of Ajmera and six others after 19 years.

As per the law issued by the Supreme Court, once a plot of land has been acquired for public purpose, it cannot be returned to the owner or private person but the corrupt army and officials are so arrogant that they are trampling on the foundation laid by the Supreme Court. In particular, how was the transfer proposal approved without any discussion in the House? It is clear that this change was made only to taste the plot of land. You should issue an immediate stay order in this Rs 500 crore corruption case, otherwise I will have to take appropriate legal action.
